How does the trial work?
The Free plan is free forever. Use it as long as you like, then upgrade whenever you need the paid features.
Any lock-in contract?
No. Cancel anytime, no penalty, no fine print. We'd rather keep you around because the product is good.
Why are prices shown in USD?
SiteMesa is a Brazilian company — billing runs in Brazilian Reais (BRL) at the equivalent rate through our payment processor. Prices here are shown in USD just for easy reference.
Can prices change?
They may be adjusted in the future — AI and vendor costs shift — always with 30 days' notice by email. Annual plans keep their price until renewal, and the Founder price never changes.
Do you accept Pix?
Yes, via Pix or boleto — both Brazilian payment methods. Recurring credit card is coming soon.
Can I switch plans?
Yes, anytime. Upgrades apply immediately. Downgrades take effect on the next billing cycle.
Is Founder really lifetime?

I already use a delivery/ordering system. Does SiteMesa replace it?
No need to replace it — they coexist. Ordering systems handle your WhatsApp and counter; SiteMesa makes your restaurant exist on the internet: a real website with your brand, on your domain, showing up on Google. Many restaurants run both, with the site pointing to whichever ordering channel they prefer.
Can you build the site for me?
